Tasting Notes
A beautiful yellow colour with amber accents due to maturation on the lees. Excellent foam and fine, constant perlage. The nose is fruity, with a sophisticated, intense aroma and bready notes. On the palate, it’s lively, full, and persistent, with an almondy finish. Best appreciated when served at a temperature of 10 °C
